EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
It is necessary to emphasize that all the shipments we make, whether nationally or internationally, are thoroughly inspected in order to avoid any error or mistake, however, in the event of any nonconformity with the product, you must notify us immediately through our email info@wearecuador.com, with the detail of the mishap and the corresponding photos, likewise, the message must be sent during the first 4 days after shipment, otherwise, no subsequent claim will be accepted.

EXCHANGE VALIDATION
As has been indicated, WAE Import has been characterized by making safe shipments, without damage or defects. Despite this clarification, it is necessary to indicate that there may be mishandling on the part of the transport company, which may ultimately affect the state and presentation of the product, in which case it is beyond our responsibility.
To exchange the product, one of the conditions is that the product is in its original state, that is, unused. In addition, it must have the corresponding labels and be in the original box, as it arrived to the recipient.
If, on the contrary, the product arrives with a missing element, the customer must know that said element will not be replaced, at the time of sending the return of the product, considering, in addition, that it will be inspected to determine the state in which it’s found. In the event that the product shows signs of use, the exchange will not proceed, the product will be returned immediately to the recipient, considering that it will be the recipient who will bear the return and customs costs of origin and destination.
The client will be in charge of choosing the transport company that will return the product to WAE Import and of corresponding all customs, duties and shipping expenses, while the company will carry out the return management.
Once the exchange has been validated, WAE Import will carry out the corresponding procedures immediately, and the product will be delivered in approximately 4 to 5 weeks.
